The Business Case for Corporate Transparency and JUST

TRACK: Equity + Fairness

Being open and transparent about all aspects of your business operations has numerous advantages for your company. Operating a transparent business demonstrates respect for employees and clients alike. When external stakeholders have the opportunity to see and understand how your business operates behind the scenes and the policies and practices that are involved in all of your business operations, it can lead to greater brand awareness and an improved business image. Maintaining open and honest communication with employees can help build loyalty and deepen employee satisfaction levels. The Millennial generation, in particular, is attracted to organizations that demonstrate transparency, honesty and authenticity.
