De’Sean Quinn is the Water Quality Planner Project Manager lll for the King County Department of Natural Resources & Parks, focusing on implementing Equity and Social Justice in the Wastewater Treatment Division.  He also provides Community Relations support for Capital Improvement Projects and has served King County Executive’s Office as the Regional and Local Affairs Manager. The Honorable De’Sean Quinn is also a City Councilmember at the City of Tukwila. De’Sean graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science. His interests include: Public policy, transportation, education, and environmental sustainability.
