Jess Harris is the Priority Green Program Manager with the Seattle Department of Planning and Development. He is responsible for leading the creation, implementation and maintenance of DPD’s green permitting incentive program Priority Green. Jess also works on policy for the Living Building pilot, interdepartmental coordination, deconstruction incentive and facilitating innovative projects. Jess has a long history at the city and is the “go to” person for green building permitting. Previously, Jess reviewed development projects as a Senior Land Use Planner and Supervisor.
