Rosa T. Sheng, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is a Senior Associate at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, Founder and Chair for Equity by Design and Treasurer of AIA San Francisco. Since the debut of the 2014 Equity in Architecture Survey, Rosa has presented the key findings nationally and abroad including Boston, New York, Lisbon, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle and San Francisco. The Equity in Architecture movement has inspired many and provided the catalyst for equitable practice. The work and outreach of Equity by Design have received national press in Architect Magazine, Architectural Record, Wall Street Journal, TEDxPhiladelphia and KQED/NPR.
