Walker is a longtime advocate for reconnecting the landscape with the built environment.  His personal mission is to build living buildings that meet the food, water, energy and waste needs of the inhabitants inside; at less cost than current building methods. He believes this will change the world.  A few of his favorite things: His two daughters playing Catness and Rue in the forest; that the living walls he helps install can actually help heal people; watching others grow; really good sushi, and ramen, actually just any good food.
